The next gathering of the Social Action Circle be after Church on January 15, 2017. All are welcome. At that time the agenda will be:
Sharing of concerns, hopes and reflections
Pot luck lunch, small group gatherings
Individual projects and the way forward.
The objectives of our group are:
Provide safe, caring, and compassionate communal space in order to share one’s thoughts, feelings, and concerns about our common needs.
Deepen sense of hope and connection among people regardless of differences.
Explore questions and develop activities on a personal and community level to build greater understanding, trust and empathy between people deeply divided by political and social perspectives and find ways to work together on progressive and humanitarian goals.
To support our participants in their individual social action activities.
To support, celebrate and remember our members/participants in their individual social action activities.
